Vice President of Wellness Integration

This position will architect and scale cross-functional integration of wellness with healthcare, technology, and operations. Ensure seamless adoption of wellness standards, systems, and partnerships across the portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a hands-on position for a results-driven executive with a passion for innovation, data-informed strategy, and meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build integrated wellness programs (fitness, cognitive health, chronic-condition support, mental wellbeing) tied to measurable outcomes and resident experience
Drive change management for new models (e.g., integrated care pathways, EMR/workflow standardization, tele-wellness/remote monitoring).
Stand up pilots and scale: define success criteria, training, SOPs, and enablement for community leaders.
Conduct onsite community audits, training and compliance visits as needed.
Forge strategic alliances with health systems, payers, and wellness tech vendors; negotiate and govern performance.
Partner with Ops/Marketing to position wellness as a market differentiator; support openings/transitions.
Lead clinical/wellness governance and QAPI; define KPIs and dashboards for portfolio visibility.
Create portfolio dashboards; track adoption, utilization, and outcomes; report cross-functionally to ELT.
Ability to meet performance metrics on Integration milestones on time/budget; adoption rates; outcome lifts (falls, hospitalizations), resident experience, and ROI on partnerships/technology.
Evaluate and deploy wellness technologies and evidence-based modalities, steward vendor and provider partnerships.
Ensure regulatory alignment across states and care levels.
Requirements
8–10+ years in senior living/CCRC or value-based senior care; track record integrating programs/tech across multi-site operations.
RN strongly preferred; multi-site senior living leadership (regional+); experience tying wellness initiatives to occupancy and satisfaction.
Proven program development and large-scale change leadership; adept with data and outcome measurement.
Strong change-leadership, project/program management, and stakeholder facilitation; RN/clinical background preferred.
Familiarity with the senior living industry, from the first inquiry from a customer to the internal systems that are critical in this field.
