Page brings over 25 years of experience in lifestyle living, with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence, strengthening culture, and leading with purpose. Her background spans Entry Fee/CCRC communities, standalone Independent and Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the senior living continuum.
Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations at Brookdale, overseeing a portfolio of 76 communities across four southeastern states, representing more than 7,100 units. Prior to that, as Vice President of Operations at Greenbrier Senior Living, she was instrumental in expanding the company’s profit and non-profit portfolio from six to thirty-one communities across nine states, successfully guiding teams through rapid growth, ownership transitions, and operational strategy.
