With more than 12 years of management experience, Lawrence oversees maintenance operations across the Gallaher Signature Living portfolio, supporting maintenance teams with staffing, training, and facility oversight. Before joining Gallaher Signature Living, he spent three years in Gallaher Companies’ multi-family division, gaining firsthand knowledge of the company’s standards for quality, efficiency, and care.
Lawrence works closely with site leaders to ensure maintenance programs run smoothly, budgets are managed responsibly, and teams are equipped to make informed decisions on repairs and projects. Known for his hands-on approach and dedication to employee growth, he is passionate about coaching and developing staff to help them excel in their roles and uphold Gallaher’s values across every community.

Emily DeBacker is a Human Resources Consultant with Gallaher Signature Living. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in HR management, she brings deep expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, and building strong workplace cultures. At Gallaher Signature Living, Emily oversees all HR functions across the organization and its properties, fostering a supportive and fulfilling environment as the company continues to grow as an employer of choice in California.
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University, where she also completed her Human Resources Certification. She is additionally certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Beyond her professional work, Emily is deeply committed to her community, serving on multiple local boards and initiatives.
