We are seeking an Executive Chef who is passionate about hospitality, deeply committed to culinary craft, and energized by leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate embodies creativity, operational discipline, and a collaborative spirit—someone who can elevate our culinary program while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and financial stewardship. Candidates should bring 5+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a fine-dining or luxury environment, with a demonstrated ability to mentor teams, enhance standards, and partner closely with the Culinary Director. Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of seasonal menus, daily specials, and resident-driven offerings.
Oversee vendor partnerships, ingredient sourcing, and cost management to ensure quality and consistency.
Maintain a pulse on culinary trends and resident preferences to keep dining experiences fresh and innovative.
Work hands-on with the kitchen team, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee all BOH staffing functions, including scheduling, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and team development.
Partner with the Culinary Director on daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and expense planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Maintain and manage comprehensive budgets, including food and labor costs, in accordance with company standards.
Conduct detailed line checks, ensure flawless culinary execution, and oversee efficient expediting to maintain world-class dining experiences.
Uphold strict quality, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
5+ years of culinary and hospitality leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
Strong culinary technique with a deep respect for hospitality, craftsmanship, and the collaborative nature of kitchen work.
Ability to pass a full physical and background check as required by DSS regulatory licensing.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance, including labor, food cost control, inventory oversight, and strategic resource planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and professional email communication.
