Emily DeBacker is the Vice President of People and Culture for Gallaher Signature Living. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in HR management, she brings deep expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, and building strong workplace cultures. At Gallaher Signature Living, Emily oversees all HR functions across the organization and its properties, fostering a supportive and fulfilling environment as the company continues to grow as an employer of choice in California.
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University, where she also completed her Human Resources Certification. She is additionally certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Beyond her professional work, Emily is deeply committed to her community, serving on multiple local boards and initiatives. Her dedication to people—both within the workplace and in the broader community—underscores her values-driven approach and passion for creating meaningful impact wherever she serves.
